Induction training in food hygiene is a necessity for all staff working in the food sector.  It is important that new staff realise how crucial their role in order to protect the customer.  To this end Food Flow Advisers ltd has designed a 4 hour programme which meets the requirements of the guidelines set out by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland for Level 1  Price is available on request.  This course can be delivered in house at a time that suits the business

The programme is based on the National Hygiene Partnerships Hygiene Matters Booklet. 

The Course covers :

  • Personal Hygiene ,
  • Handwashing,
  • Ttemperature control,
  • Basic microbiology,
  • Cleaning,
  • Pest control 
  • A brief introduction to HACCP.

The award for this programme is an in hourse certificate of participation.
